Looking at the manual i see no centralize jack points? I don't know if those two jacking points referenced are acceptable for the e70. Bmw tis, as mentioned above, states the rear differential ( not the differential cover) is the only approved lift point for a trolly jack on the e9x m3.

Jack up your bmw like the pros do at the factory jack points. #10 • jan 23, 2017. Saw a couple of threads recently on this site for jacking up the e53 x5. I would immagine this would damage the plastic pads, no?
