I had the codes read and found p0171, p0174 indicating both banks were lean.

Basically this means that an oxygen sensor in bank 1 detected a lean condition (too much oxygen in the exhaust). After a little while i started the car but wasnt even a cranking sound, then i jump start it and drove. I'm actually experiencing the same codes too:
P0171 bank 1 too lean p0174 bank 2 too lean p1083 fuel control limit too lean bank 1 sensor 1 p1085 fuel control limit too lean bank 2 sensor 1 p0313 misfire has occurred with low fuel.
Any advise you guys could give me beyond that would be greatly. If a car has a check engine light on and has p0171 and p0174 codes stored, the most likely cause is a vacuum leak.
